Geeta Saar Part 2 - In English and hindi
यस्य सर्वे समारम्भाः कामसंकल्पवर्जिताः ।
ज्ञानाग्निदग्धकर्माणं तमाहुः पंडितं बुधाः ॥ श्रीमद भगवादगीता -- (४:१९ )
(Yasy sarve samaarambhah kamsankalpvarjitah ।
Gnyanagnidagdhkarmaanam tamahuh panditam budhah ॥)

The Meaning of this verse is : He who seeth inaction in action and action in inaction, he is wise among men; he is a Yogi and performer of all actions.
and the Implied Meaning of this verse of Bhagwadgeeeta is : One whose all actions resemble the Karmic deeds approved by the scriptures i.e its as per the path of Action or Karmayog. Such yogis Karma dissipate in the Agni of knowledge, such a person is called a Pundit or a scholar even by the most knowledgeable people .
It means every action should be in conformity with the scriptures along with a strong foundation of spiritual practice; otherwise according to the principle of Karmic laws, the result of good deeds manifest in the form of Punya or merits and the bad deeds in the form of Paap or sin.
All the resultant fruits of action are burnt in the Agni of knowledge, when the one does the Karma (action) without a sense of doer-ship. The Karma of such a Karmayogi are Akarma Karma i.e. their action which does not result in either a positive or negative accrual. But this is attainable only , after one has achieved a spiritual level of 80%or more than that . Below this level, when a Seeker makes an attempt to offer the sense of doership, it is done only at a mental plane and all the karma bear fruits which have to be undergone either in this birth or in some other births. Hence, a seeker who has not attained the spiritual level of 80% must perform every deed with extreme alertness. One should always remember that before reaching the saintly level of a sadguru, every mistake enhances the Paap Karma or bad deeds and adds on to Sanchit Karma.
हिन्दी में इस श्लोक का अर्थहै : जिसके सम्पूर्ण कर्म शास्त्रसम्मत , बिना कामना और संकल्पके होते हैं तथा जिसके समस्त कर्म ज्ञानरूप अग्निद्वारा भस्म हो गए हैं, उस महापुरुषको ज्ञानीजन भी पंडित कहते हैं ॥
और इसका भावार्थ है : कर्मका शास्त्रसम्मत होना परम आवश्यक है अर्थात कर्म कर्मयोगके सिद्धनात अनुसार होना चाहिए , अन्यथा कर्मफलके सिद्धान्त अनुसार अच्छे कर्मका फल पुण्यके रूपमें एवं बुरे कर्मका फल पापके रूपमें भोगना पड़ता है |
कर्मफल, ज्ञानरूपी अग्निमें तब भस्म होता है, जब कर्म करनेवाला बिना कर्तापनके कर्म करता है, अर्थात अपने कर्मके कर्तापनका श्रेय वह परमेश्वर या गुरुको अर्पण कर देता है | ऐसे कर्मयोगीद्वारा किये सर्व कर्म 'अकर्म-कर्म' होते हैं जिसका अर्थ है कि उन्हें अपने कर्मोंका फल भोगना नहीं पड़ता और यह सद्गुरु पद अर्थात ८०% एवं उसके आगेके आध्यात्मिक स्तरसे साध्य हो पाता है | इससे पहले साधक जो कर्तापन अर्पण करनेका प्रयास करता है, वह मानसिक स्तरपर होता है और उसे कर्मोंके फल भोगने पड़ते हैं, अतः साधकको सतर्कतासे कर्म करना चाहिए | प्रत्येक चूक पापकर्म एवं संचित दोनोंको बढाती है, यह ध्यान रखना चाहिए |
